Lifespan Integration is one of the most effective forms of therapy I have practiced and experienced as a client. LI uses a timeline of your life, including meaningful memories and important events, to help the brain and body integrate difficult or traumatic material.
This approach can support a deeper sense of continuity, helping you feel more connected to yourself across different stages of life. It is often used to work with trauma, attachment patterns, emotional wounds, and experiences that may still feel unresolved. Through this process, LI can help repair early relational patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and support the experience of feeling more whole.
